Australian dairy exports declined 3.3% YOY in milk solids equivalent terms (MSE) in July. Cheese exports rose 3% YOY for the month, with most of the increase in shipments to SE Asia and China & HK. WMP exports also improved, up 34% YOY, but on minimal volumes.

SMP exports fell for the sixth successive month, down 14.1% YOY, with most of the decline in shipments to MENA and SE Asia. Fat exports decreased 34.7% YOY for the month in commercial butter equivalents (CBE) – AMF fell 35.5% YOY while butter declined 34.4% YOY.
