Beston Global has won a cheese supply agreement of 3,600t of mozzarella valued at more than $20m per year with one of the world’s leading food companies operating in Australia. Mozzarella and other cheese products will be produced at Beston’s Jervois factory in South Australia to fulfil the 18-month contract. Beston’s interim CEO Darren Flew said the new agreement will lock up half of the company’s mozzarella production capacity from the start of 2022 and was the result of three years hard work from Beston’s sales and production teams.
