EU27 milk production again rose 0.7% in October, the second consecutive monthly increase according to Eurostat and AGEA (Italy). The expansion mostly reflected increases in Ireland (+14.8% YOY), Poland (+3.3% YOY) and France (+1.1% YOY). Supplies continued to lag YOY in Germany (-2.3%), the Netherlands (-1.6%) and Denmark (-0.3%).

Milk solids content continued to seasonally increase and milksolids were +1.8% up YOY, with fat +1.9%  and protein +1.8%.
