Combined weekly German and French milk collections continued to push higher, increasing 6.5% YOY in week 48 (ending 29 November 2025). Rolling four-week milk production was up 6.4% relative to the prior year.

German supplies rose 7.1% YOY in week 48, while French supplies increased 5.8% YOY. UK milk production increased 5.1% YOY in the week ending 6 December, and the growth has stabilised over the last two weeks for which data is available on stronger prior-year comparables.
