Butter prices have steadied since late March, falling below €4,000/t last week. German butter prices fell €75/t to €3,900/t, while Dutch butter sat at €3,920/t, unchanged from the week prior. Meanwhile, powder prices are firming with Dutch SMP lifting €30/t to €2,540/t while German SMP prices rose €2,590/t.

Meanwhile, Freshagenda’s European Commodity Milk Value (CMV) lifted 14c to €36.23/100kg, trending steadily upwards since late March.
