Fat values are weakening as butter prices dropped to €3,990/t last week, while cream has come off its of mid-March highs when quotes ranged from €4,800/t to €5,000/t, now selling at prices ranging from €4,350/t to €4,450/t. Butter prices declined €50/t, with Dutch butter falling below the €4,000/t mark for the first time since the start of March. German butter prices landed at €4,000/t after sitting comfortably at €4,050/t for four consecutive weeks.
