Fonterra Australia’s milk intake was rose 1.6% YOY in February to 8.2m kg of milk solids —when adjusted for leap year, according to the latest Global Dairy Update. Hot weather and higher water costs are impacting volumes with feed availability tightening.

Season-to-date output is tracking +1.3% compared to the year-ago comparable.
