According to the most recent data, German supplies were up 3.4% YOY in week 46 (ending 20 November 2022) to a multi-year high volume and have on average improved 1.8% YOY over the last 11 weeks for which data is available.

French milk production fell 0.2% YOY in week 46 this year however, following 9 consecutive weekly rises. AHDB reports UK production rose 2.9% in the first 19 days of November after being up 2.3% in October.
