According to Eurostat, Irish milk supplies fell 0.2% YOY in July – that was the 5th consecutive monthly decline. Poland continued to grow however, up 2.1% YOY in July as output has increased in every single month since Oct-21. UK production rose 1% YOY in July, but is expected to come down under pressure in coming months.
According to the most recent data, German supplies were down 0.1% YOY in week 34 (ending 26 August 2023), reflecting higher prior year comparables and the impact of recent rains. UK supplies rose 04% in that same week. Meanwhile, French milk production fell 4.3% YOY in week 34, the 41st consecutive decline.
