The Clydebank group of Gippsland dairy farms, on the market for more than $20m, are reportedly under offer, subject to Foreign Investment Review Board approval. The properties, owned by trucking contractor Patrick Gray and local farmers Lachlan Wigg and Matthew Gault, span 1,273ha with significant water entitlements.
