Heavy rains have soaked  south-east Victoria and Tasmania over the past week.Wtach and Act alerts are in place for the Latrobe River between Yallourn and Traralgon Creek in Gippsland.

Heavy rain also lashed Tamania, along with wind gusts of up to 100km/h along the south east coast. The intense low pressure system delivered the heaviest rain of the year to many parts of the state.
