Katoomba Global Foods is acquiring Maggie Beer’s Paris Creek Farms for $500,000 as the company disposes of non-core assets. Paris Creek Farms produces milk, butter, cheese and flavoured yogurt.

Maggie Beer announced the sell off in an ASX filing saying the sale supports the company’s strategy to streamline its portfolio, reduce complexity and enable targeted investment.

Katoomba Global Foods is based in Victoria, specialising in manufacturing and distribution.
