Milk production increased by 1% YOY on a milksolids basis in December. On a volume basis December output was 0.7% ahead as milksolids edged higher after the seasonal low in milk composition. Milksolids production is 0.7% ahead for the season to date, and 2.2% above the five-year average for the 7-month period.
