After traded volumes surged in the first milk auction in July after the milk contracting season wound to a halt, the most recent events have recorded no trades. 45m litres was traded on 7 July – mostly at prices above $11kgMS – as certain buyers came to the platform to cover fresh market requirements for the remainder of the season.
