NZ milk rebounded in December

DCANZ reported milk production for December lifted 0.6% YOY on a milk solids basis, the first increase in six months, as warmer weather finally turned all the spring moisture into more available pasture. The solids content improved in the month, as the volume of milk fell 0.6%. Season to date milk production was 2.1% lower on milk solids basis and on a tonnage basis down 2.6%.
