Prices declined across all products at this week’s GDT Pulse.

NZ regular WMP C2 prices decreased 0.1% to US$3,765/t, US$75/t ahead of the nearest SGX-NZX futures contract. Instant WMP settled at US$3,860/t—down US$10/t from the previous Pulse event.

Medium heat SMP prices settled at US$2,600/t, US$15/t lower than the previous event. Similar to the Pulse event last week. Just 51t of European medium heat SMP was sold again not meeting platform requirements for prices to be published. According to NZX, this suggests there was insufficient demand for bid the product higher than the starting price.
