This week’s GDT Pulse event was mixed for powders. NZ C2 regular WMP gained 0.5% on last week’s Pulse price and  was +2.1% on GDT #384 at US$3,960/t . Meanwhile, Fonterra instant WMP settled at US$4,230/t—jumping 6.0% on prices achieved at GDT #384 and 3.0% on the previous Pulse.

Fonterra C2 medium heat settled at US$2,830, down 1.0% on the prior Pulse and up 0.9% on GDT #384. Arla’s product sold for US$2,695/t—gaining 0.7% on the GDT #384 price but 0.2% down on  last week’s Pulse price.

The event cleared 1,783t of the 1,950t product on offer with 25 winning bidders.
