The “What-if” impact on value
This tool allows a user to see the effect that different assumptions in prices of commodity products and/or the value of the A$ against the US$ could have on the season-average Australian Commodity Milk Value (CMV) which is better reflection of the influences on southern Australia farmgate milk prices than world market commodity milk values. The “Base Case” reflects the spot Australian CMV at the time milk prices were set by southern milk buyers on 1 June 2024.
